BIOGRAPHY
Dr. You Jintao is currently a research scientist at the Smart City, Transportation, and Logistics Big Data Laboratory of the Shenzhen Big Data Research Institute. Prior to joining the Shenzhen Big Data Research Institute, he worked as a researcher at the National University of Singapore and Huawei Technologies Limited. His research papers have been published in renowned logistics and transportation journals such as Transportation Research Part B and Part E. He has led one Zhixin Project and one Guangdong Provincial Youth Joint Project, and has participated in three National Natural Science Foundation projects, one Singapore A*STAR project, and one Singapore Maritime and Port Authority project. Among these, the cloud resource bandwidth scheduling project he participated in at Huawei Cloud Algorithm Innovation Lab was shortlisted for the INFORMS 2023 Franz Edelman Finalist Award.

Dr. Peng Yangyang (Young) currently serves as a research scientist at the Data-driven Smart City, Transportation, and Logistics Laboratory of the Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data (SRIBD). Prior to joining the SRIBD, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. His research areas include supply chain optimization, data-driven operations management, cooperative and non-cooperative game analysis. Dr. Peng has published over ten papers in the SSCI/SCI/SCCSI journals, e.g., Annals of Operations Research, Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization, International Transactions in Operational Research, Chinese Journal of Management Science, Systems Engineering Theory and Practice, and Journal of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. He has also applied for seven invention patents and has been the principal investigator for one China Postdoctoral Science Foundation project and one Guangdong Province Joint Fund for Youth project. Furthermore, he has participated in several National Natural Science Foundation of China projects. Furthermore, he serves as a reviewer for journals such as Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing and has previously worked as a consultant on operations and supply chain management at Polyrock Operations Management Co., Ltd. In recent years, he has been involved in various big data supply chain operation projects for enterprises and institutions such as State Grid, Huaneng Group, Huawei, China General Nuclear Power Group, Guangzhou Railway Corporation, Whale Cloud Technology, Wuhan Tobacco Group, and Red Cross Blood Center, demonstrating substantial experience in industry research. Dr. Peng has received several honors and awards, including the First Prize in the National Graduate Mathematical Modeling Competition and the Ph.D. National Scholarship, among others.

His research areas primarily include the application of operations research and optimization algorithms, as well as machine learning algorithms, in system analysis, modeling, and optimization.
He has published academic papers in journals such as the Transportation Research Part series, CAIE, IJPE, JORS, and the Chinese Journal of Management Science. In recent years, he has served as the principal investigator for various research projects, including one from the Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation, one from the China Scholarship Council, one from the Guangdong Science and Technology Plan, and one from the Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation. He has also been a key member in a national science and technology support program and has been involved in multiple Chongqing Science and Technology Research Program projects.

BIOGRAPHY
Yandong He is currently a Research Scientist at the Smart City/Transportation/Logistics Big Data Laboratory of the SRIBD. His research areas primarily include the application of operations research and optimization algorithms, as well as machine learning algorithms, in system analysis, modeling, and optimization.
He has published academic papers in journals such as the Transportation Research Part series, CAIE, IJPE, JORS, and the Chinese Journal of Management Science. In recent years, he has served as the principal investigator for various research projects, including one from the Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation, one from the China Scholarship Council, one from the Guangdong Science and Technology Plan, and one from the Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation. He has also been a key member in a national science and technology support program and has been involved in multiple Chongqing Science and Technology Research Program projects.
