Xiong Xiliang serves as a data engineer at the Social Behavior Big Data Lab at Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data, mainly responsible for the development and maintenance of large-scale legal databases. Before joining SRIBD, he served as a project development engineer at Dafu Technology. He has many years of experience in back-end project development and masters mainstream front-end and back-end related technologies such as C#, Java, Python, node.js, Vue.js, Elasticsearch, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.

Dai Shilan obtained her Master degree from the University of Hong Kong. She currently works as a data engineer at the Social Behavior Big Data Lab at Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data. She is experienced in handling and analyzing government and justice data. She also contributes to team research projects, including evaluation of judicial reform, indices to measure the of a law-based government, as well as the project of Chinese legislation of artificial intelligence.
