BIOGRAPHY
Rona Lv currently serves as a senior project manager in the Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data (SRIBD). Prior to joining the SRIBD, she has worked at leading domestic and international technology enterprises such as IBM Japan, MW Technology, and HSBC Technology, accumulating extensive experience in cross-border project management and technical implementation. She specializes in artificial intelligence, big data platforms, and the intelligent integration of enterprise systems.
Rona has a solid foundation in AI and has led teams in projects involving intelligent air conditioning control and human-body modeling. Utilizing technologies such as machine learning, Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, she managed the entire pipeline from data acquisition, feature engineering, and model training to intelligent control deployment. She also played a key role in the agile transformation and delivery of HSBC’s mobile platform, contributing to the development of an enterprise-level DevOps framework for international banking systems.
With 18 years of experience in IT and project management, Rona has led or participated deeply in over 20 large-scale international projects, spanning AI, fintech, enterprise services, supply chain systems, and intelligent manufacturing. She is well-versed in agile development, program management (PMO), and global standards like ASCA for security compliance. She holds a PMP certification and has long served in core leadership roles in international initiatives.
Currently, Rona is actively advancing AI and big data projects, with a focus on the application and interpretability of operations research and AI systems in management, improving cross-department collaboration, and integrating intelligent solutions for digital transformation. She is committed to leveraging cutting-edge international AI practices to support the development of the local digital economy.
