Call for poster

We invite the submission of proposals for technical poster presentations at MIIS 2016.

Poster submissions may describe late-breaking results, on-going research projects, and speculative or innovative work in progress, in all areas related to information science. Since posters are not formal publications, work submitted as a poster is eligible for future publication in other venues.

Posters are intended to provide authors and participants with the ability to connect with each other and to engage in discussions about the work. Note that, in order to maintain interactive and exciting poster presentations, we require at least one presenter per accepted poster to attend the workshop.

To submit a poster presentation please send

  1. your name and affiliation

  2. short abstract (300 words) of your work

to yichen@cuhk.edu.cn.

As the number of slots for poster is limited, it will be chosen on first-register first-serve basis.

For those accepted posters, please prepare a soft copy of your poster in PDF or JPG, and send to us. The size of the poster should be 80cm*180cm and the dpi should be greater than 300. We will print the posters and post them in the poster session.
