个人介绍
陈怿博士于2007年在北京邮电大学电子工程系获得理学学士学位，2012年在香港中文大学信息工程系获得博士学位。2012至2015年期间，她在香港城市大学电子工程系从事博士后研究工作。她于2016年加入深圳市大数据研究院任职副研究员。
陈博士长期从事通信网络和信息系统领域的研究。面向网络优化、信息论、控制理论和人工智能，先后开展了多项工作，取得了创新的研究成果。她已在国际知名学术期刊和会议，如IEEE Transactions on Information Theory，IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transaction on Communications等，发表论文三十多篇，其中以第一作者身份获得 2016 年 IEEE/IET CSNDSP 会议的最佳论文奖。另外陈博士入选深圳市海外高层次人才，她已主持完成一项国家自然科学基金青年项目和一项深圳市面上项目，并以骨干成员身份参与在研的国家重点研发计划重点专项项目。
