BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Ho Chin Keong is a deep-tech entrepreneur and researcher with over two decades of experience across signal processing, wireless communications, robotics, and AI-enabled sensing systems. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands, in 2009, with doctoral research conducted at Philips Research, Eindhoven, and his M.Eng. and B.Eng. (First Class Honours) in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

He was with the Institute for Infocomm Research (I²R), A*STAR, Singapore, first as a Research Scientist/Engineer working on signal processing for MIMO-OFDM systems (2000–2004), and later as Scientist, Lab Head, and Deputy Department Head (2007–2017), where he led nationally funded and industry R&D programmes in wireless communications, energy harvesting and wireless power transfer, and autonomous robotic sensing, and co-supervised Ph.D. students with NUS and NTU. He has published more than 140 peer-reviewed papers with over 12,800 citations (h-index 39) and holds more than 10 issued U.S. patents.

He has 2 startups on robotics and medtech/healthtech AI .
