He Yaping obtained Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from North China Electric Power University in 1996, and later, I earned my Master's degree in Power System Automation from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University in 2001. I have been engaged in the digital applications of energy and power systems, with a profound understanding of the current status and cutting-edge technologies in the power system industry. My expertise spans across the energy internet industry, informatization of power enterprises, and the integration of big data and artificial intelligence industries.
